JI HYUN
KIM
(b. Seoul, South Korea) Ji Hyun is a fine artist based in Los Angeles. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Oriental Painting from Dankook University in South Korea. Working with acrylic paint, texture mediums, and various drawing materials, she creates abstract works that explore space, emotion, balance, and asymmetry through spontaneous brushstrokes and vibrant colors. Her paintings capture fleeting moments of joy, bringing viewers closer to the essence of artistic expression. Through her work, she seeks to transcend conventional visual stability and discover new compositional possibilities.
